Anindita had never imagined that she would find her Mr. Right within a month when she registered on BengaliMatrimony.
Sugat and Anindita started their journey in Café Coffee Day in Kolkata. This couple always believed in being transparent. “We had our phone conversations for a week before we met. But Anindita had already made it clear that she loves transparency whatsoever,” Sugat began. Since it was more convenient to have a direct conversation, Sugat suggested that they meet. “So when we met, we had a no filtered conversation on our views on marriage, our career goals and our expectations.”
There is one thing that never goes out of this gorgeous woman’s memory. She giggles and tells, “We spoke so much that day. I think there wasn’t any topic left that we did not talk about. It didn’t feel as if we had met for the first time. My throat also started aching the moment I reached home.”
Sugat admits that he was flattered by the woman sitting in front of him, “She was so poised that it made me conscious about my manners. But I think she understood it immediately. The best thing I admired is she has her own ideals about life and follows her heart.”
Anindita just can’t get enough of the daily surprises that she gets from her husband, “Everyday as soon as I wake up, there would be something special awaiting me. In fact, one day, I woke up to see two tickets to Shimla and Manali on the bed side for our honeymoon. I now know that he will surprise me. But somehow he does it when I am least expecting it.”
Sugat works at the Italian Embassy in Mumbai. Despite his busy schedule, he never fails to spend time with his lucky charm. “He is such a busy man. But during our courtship, he used to visit me every week. I never thought I would have such a caring life partner.”
Before we could end our interview, Anindita says that she is awaiting her Italy tour along with Sugat. “Italy is one of my dream destinations. Thanks to Sugat for making my dream a reality.”
We wish them Bon Voyage and a great time ahead!
